A record number of submissions to ERTS ² 2010 never reached before!

ERTS has a long tradition of gathering the international industrial and scientific communities in embedded systems. ERTS² 2010 has attracted a number of high-quality submissions which had never been reached before. More particularly, with the large number of contributions received from the USA and the UK, ERTS² 2010 confirms its position of key technical conference in this field.

A high-quality technical program and renowned keynote speakers
One of the highlights of the technical program will be the keynotes given by:
- Jean Botti, Chief Technical Officer - EADS
- Hermann Kopetz, Vienna University of Technology
- Rudolf Haggenmüller, chairman of ITEA 2
The 2010 edition will feature the opening of embedded software and systems to other sectors, including E-health. In this sector, a panel will discuss the maintenance of patients at homes.
In addition, the CG2E (Le Club des Grandes Entreprises de l’Embarqué)) will make the first public presentation of its work at ERTS² 2010. This presentation, which will take place on Thursday May 20 afternoon, will have a special focus on the various safety standards related to embedded systems.

An international exhibition in full rise
Contracted to a professional of the international BtoB meetings, the exhibition is rapidly developing and the number of exhibitors is expected to double or even triple this year. Open to all, the exhibition innovates and proposes direct relationship between the visitors, the conference delegates and the exhibitors during scheduled business meetings. ERTS ² 2010 in the heart of "Toulouse Informatique Embarqué Logiciel Libre" T.I.E.L.L week;
4 events during the same week in the same place.
From 17 to 21 May 2010, the Congress Center Pierre Baudis of Toulouse will welcome the following events:
• Monday, May 17, the second Day of Meetings INRIA-Industries will be held on the topic “Modeling and Safety Systems ";
• Tuesday, May 18, the 2nd OSSIF (Open Source Software Industry Forum) will be dedicated to Open Source with a special focus on Embedded Systems;
• From Wednesday May 19 to Friday May 21, ERTS ² 2010 will be held;
• From Tuesday 18 to Wednesday May 19, in parallel with OSSIF and ERTS ² 2010, the seventh edition of Neptune days will address the Model Driven Engineering, which is of paramount importance to embedded systems development. http://neptune.irit.fr/
