This business from the Ariege, specialising in jams, fruits juices and drinks, has won the contract for the French-style breakfast recently introduced by McDonald’s.
The McDonald’s range now includes a French breakfast… The customer gets to choose a little 30g pot of jam, with 62% fruit content, to spread on their bread from three flavours developed by Copyr.
These include Roussillon Apricot, Meeker Raspberry and Orange Marmalade.
Copyr was set up by Daniel Boudet in 1987 is also to be found in higher-end markets.
It has 25 full-time staff, not counting its seasonal workers.
